Beginner’s Obedience Class is a six week class teaches basic obedience commands which will helping you to make your dog a better member of your family and community. This class also is a stepping stone to the Intermediate Class and builds on skills learned in the Puppy Classes. We use positive rewards and methods to teach the basics of obedience such as focus, sit, down, stay, come, and to walk politely at your side. We also try to help with problems you may be having with your dog (barking, digging, jumping etc.). We have helpers to make sure everyone gets the help with their individual needs. Must have a current Certificate of Rabies. An email is sent to those that signed up for this class, if you have not received an email, either sign up again and include your phone number or call me at 233-1803. The class also stresses the importance of a well-mannered dog and puts emphasis on skills needed to pass the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test (CGC).
